How long does it usually take?

I had to send in my 360 to get repaired or replaced( I dont know which one they are going to do) and I was wondering how long does it usually take to get it fixed or replaced? :blink: I sent it out last Saturday.

From the day you ship it, you should receive it back in about 2 weeks. I've had mine fixed and returned in this time frame once already, and have just shipped it off for the 2nd time. They gave me the same time frame this time.

ok thanks. So that means I should get it back by the 21st. Man that does not give me much time to work on getting 1,500 more achievements for the old spice contenst :cry:

Is there a section at xbox.com I can go to to check out the status of it?

I don't think there's a place on the website, but you can call a 800 4my-xbox again with the reference number for an update

I never tried, but hopefully it's automated. Cause those outsourced call reps are hard as hell to understand.

Really? Whenever I've called Microsoft I always have gotten a person who spoke English clearly and was a great experience. Linkysys and the like are another story..

All the times I've called, you start with an automated voice asking you several questions. After a few minutes of this, I got to a person. The people I've spoken with have been very knowledgeable, but pretty difficult to understand as well.
