jbarcus81
Guys I'm trying to switch totally to Opera, I love IE7 but Opera is just a little better in many ways, however I have a problem. My nieces go to a lot of flash animated websites and some of them don't work in Opera. I have a screen shot of the same exact site, one with IE7 and the other with Opera. You can see what I'm talking about in the images below.... That is what it's supposed to look like with IE7.... That is what you get in Opera... halcyoncmdr
That is very interesting, I am having the same problem with my Opera on that site. I have never seen anything similar on other sites however... That site does not show up in Firefox either, so it seems as though the way the site is sending information, it can only be used by Internet Explorer, not sure if there really is a way to get around that... SimplySchizo
Double check your quick prefs and try enabling Java/JavaScript/PlugIns. See how that works.

Shasoosh
[solution] download http://files.myopera.com/xErath/files/document.all.js and put it in your java folder. Source
devilstrings
works for me too... im using Version 9.23; Build 8808; Sun Java Runtime Environment version 1.6 Also, check if Java is correctly installed at: http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp Reinstalling Opera is recommended by many here...i guess that should fix it...
