HTML Frames Issue

Question

Hi, I'm making a basic page, which has an 'input' section up the top, which consists of tickboxes. When the tickboxes are used/ticked, the corresponding text (whatever it may be) needs to be pasted into a textbox below (so typing isn't necessary).

The main problem is, I want to insert an external webpage into my page. I don't know of anyway to make the page work without using frames.... If I use frames, how would I be able to get the text to paste from the top frame to the other text frame?

Or is there a far easier way?

Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing you'd have to use an iframe, with some sort of javascript trickery. I'm afraid I don't know the specifics of that though ;I
