Denis W. Veteran Posted May 12, 2007 Veteran Share Posted May 12, 2007 I find that occasionally if I click on the "undo" button in the myFirefox skin to reopen my last closed tab, all I get is a blank tab. Same thing happens if I attempt to undo the closed tab via History > Recently Closed Tabs. Does Firefox stop remembering closed tabs at a certain limit? If there is such a limit, how can I increase it... or better yet, how can I clear the history of closed tabs? I know Tab Mix Plus has its own built in closed tab system that works well, but it kills off the ShowCase/right-side new tab button in myFirefox. If Tab Mix Plus has its own closed tab memory, can I disable the built-in one?

sundayx Veteran Posted May 13, 2007 Veteran Share Posted May 13, 2007 I'm not sure about Firefox default, but with the tabmixplus extension, it remembers 10 recently closed tabs. btw if you go to your history, and sort by recently viewed, you could kind of get that. but tabmixplus does the job for me. Denis W. primexx
Thanks, but I've already configured it via TMP's GUI :p@Primexx: is it the option "browser.sessionhistory.max_entries"? Sorry it was a mistake on my part. I misunderstood the original question. I assumed those were the keys you were looking for since I thought you were talking a Firefox built in function. Firefox actually doesnt have the undo closed tabs feature natively afaik.
