+InsaneNutter MVC Posted May 27, 2007 MVC Share Posted May 27, 2007 I was just browsing the net and clicked on a link to an article on profit42.com, to my surprise it tells me that I should upgrade to Firefox with Google Toolbar as IE7 is an "old internet browser" This came as kind of a surprise to me as obviously IE7 is pretty much up to date, and most likely the most used browser on the web. Could IE7 really not render that website? I?ve been using IE since 1999 and never come across a website I?ve not been able to browse.
DKAngel
prolly a popup scam just to get u to use firefox i wouldnt bother with it, either use firefox to view that page or ignore the website and its garbage
+InsaneNutter MVC Posted May 27, 2007 Author MVC Share Posted May 27, 2007 I found what I wanted to know elsewhere, looks like it is just as scam as IE7 can render the page just fine I won?t be going back to that website in a hurry, it?s kind of childish forcing people to use a certain browser just to look at your website.
