No Jokes, Please: Safari for (*gasp*!) Windows First Impressions

I can't for the life of me find the Home key. Is it just me?

I also don't like how my scroll wheel doesn't move the contents the way it's programmed to, and instead scrolls 1 line at a time.

First impression was, Nice, clean but lacking in a few area's such as resizing, home key (Had to use the good old keyboard shortcuts for that), Rendering pages slowly.

That was my first impression in the first build. In the next build all hell broke loose.

For instance, Everything vanished off the browser nothing would appear (Font Issue), Pages would still render slowly but was faster then previous build, hogged Resources more then first build.

I liked the look of the browser but could have let abit of customization in to it like it does not look pretty in vista come on Gray on Aero what was they thinking? Luna and Gray narr does not go.

The way the search on the page works is cool i liked how it highlights the words in orange :)

All in all i think it has potential but needs some serious work doing to it before i can see it taking off :)

I really like the browser, but resources is about the only problem have with it at the moment. Just takes up too much resources for me.

4. Launched second time

5. Tried to change homepage again -> CRASHED

Will try later when they release a more stable version...

Well, it's incredibly slow, has problems with Ctrl-Enter (have to click to finish the address) and all the fonts look different (and not for the better). Basically... it's blows. I'll keep an eye out on it but frankly I couldn't care less.

i wonder if when it is final that when people go to download itunes, the installer will install safari automatically like quicktime. I like safari, but the main reason i dont want to use it in vista is that it just doesnt match. I mean at leas firefox has aero boarders, but safari doesnt.
