Arthur Guinness
I have two PCs. One is a brand new desktop, with Vista Home Premium, and my laptop with Vista Ultimate. The desktop seems to work fine, but my laptop doesn't render right at all. Every other app works great except Safari. I installed safari only, as I already had the latest QT. Installed the version with QT (after uninstalling QT) and the same issue. It basically looks like the attachment, and slowly eats memory until it locks up at just over 500MB of RAM taken. Anyone see it, any ideas?
solardog
Try running it in compatability mode. Safari has issues with Vista.

Arthur Guinness
I tried it in compatibilty mode, in safe mode, and also tried the other options (disable visual themes etc.) and it's still the same. I have no idea what's being installed different than any other app. I updated it to safari 3.0.1 this morning, no difference.
