furby
When you highlight some text in Firefox and right click it. You get the Search google for (sure everyone knows this). How do I change the search from .com to .co.uk same for the navigation bar google search. Thought it might be in about:config but didn't see it. Any ideas? Jimmie
The context menu search uses the current engine in the search bar. You'll need to remove the Google search plugin and install the uk version. Click the search engine icon > Manage Search Engines Install the third search plugin on this search result page: http://mycroft.mozdev.org/download.html?na...;opensearch=yes For the locaton bar search, change keyword.url to http://www.google.co.uk/search?q= in about:config. +jamesyfx Subscriber² Posted June 22, 2007 Subscriber² Share Posted June 22, 2007 My google just automatically jumps to the UK version anyway. Reads my regional settings or something.
