0 azcodemonkey
From past experience, Wrox has some of the most comprehensive books on MS technologies. http://www.wrox.com/
0 reactionary007
Wrox has great books... tons of code. Another really good VS .NET book is the Coriolis Visual Studio .NET Black Book by Steve Holzner. Its wide reaching in that it cover tons of stuff... and yet it is very meaty on each subject. Its a thick book and it is how I took my vb6 knowledge and got started with .NET. OFF TOPIC: Another great book that anyone interested in christianity should read is called "Left Behind" by Tim Lahaye and Jerry B. Jenkins. I'm reading the series right now and I can't put it down.
