Export FF (completely)

Recommended Posts

Here's the deal: I want to export FF 2.0.0.3 with all it's features to my second computer without having to tune my settings (including all addons) once again. Is this possible? I'm fairly new to FF, so I'm not sure if there's a built in handy feature or if it's possible in any other way.

This might also come in handy to backup preferences and such...

Help!

FEBE might be what your looking for? I've used it since very early Betas and its always been fine.

FEBE allows you to quickly and easily backup your Firefox extensions. In fact, it goes beyond just backing up -- It will actually rebuild your extensions individually into installable .xpi files. Now you can easily synchronize your office and home browsers.

FEBE backs up your extensions, themes, and (optionally) your bookmarks, preferences, cookies. and much more.

Just copy your profile over.C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*******.default (.default or whatever you named your profile) Copy the whole ******* folder to your other computer

I also have to go with FEBE, I have been using it for the past year without a problem, works great!
