Elliot B.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1456 It should be there by default like it is in Internet Explorer 7. Opening a new tab is confusing for new users.

I don't this that this is an absolute "should". More of a philosophical thing, where personal preferences are the primary motivator. What is the purpose of opening a new blank tab, which then must be manually pointed to content? Sure, some people may like it, but that doesn't make it a "should be there by default" item. mycoolkim
keeps the taskbar clean, and easier to navigate imo, should be a must built-in all explorers. Cant live without tabs.
RadishTM Veteran Posted July 13, 2007 Veteran Share Posted July 13, 2007 Err, it's part of the toolbar set in Firefox. Right-click on the toolbar buttons > Customize > Drag "New Tab" button to the toolbar > That's it. Radish?
