[PHP/MySQL] Listing stuff from database in a particular, everchanging

I am building a website that allows users to click on music artists and vote for them. I want to list the artists in order from top to bottom with the person with the most votes at the top.... how do I pull this data from the database so that the links to the artists change depending on who has more votes?
