When you say "i have tried to reinstall it" the "it" you are referring to is the Firefox web browser, right? Because if that is correct, then uninstalling and reinstalling it would be useless. What you need to install is the plugin. Even if you have it installed for Internet Explorer, you need to do it again for Firefox. Salgoth Posted July 22, 2007 Share Posted July 22, 2007 Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps listed in the Mozillazine article? If so, where is the problem? Is WMP dispalying at all, or is it just that the content will not play but the media player does appear. If there's an error message, provide us a screenshot.
