Toology Posted July 24, 2007 Share Posted July 24, 2007 It is up to the judge to decide whether or not he needs to surrender his passport. If the judge dismissed the case (effectively rendering him a "free man" because re-charging would constitute double-jeopardy) then she isn't going to restrict him from traveling. The first interpreter stormed out of the courtroom in tears because she found the facts of the case disturbing. A second interpreter was rejected for faulty work. A third Vai interpreter was located, but at the last minute, that person had to tend to a family emergency.
