0 Briandl79
http://www.photoshop.brushes.btinternet.co...ddbrushes.shtml A brush is a pre-fabricated design.... For example a star or a border.... 0 sphere
Brushes are exactly what it says. It's basically a paint brush used to 'paint' onto the image. Just click on the tool that looks like a paint brush and you can select all different types of brushes, or more specific, tips for brushes from the options palette. The different brushes or tips that you select change the shape, size, colour and weight of the strokes.

0 sphere
what photoshop are you using? if it's photoshop 7 just select the brush tool and then you will see a new toolbar at the top with a brushes dropdown list where you can select a whole heap. or you can go to Windows > Brushes or you can select the little tab in the top right corner of the screen that says Brushes
