Which language is your second language?

Recommended Posts

My 1st Language would have to be English. My second is Arabic (still learning), my third is French (also still learning) and my fourth is Spanish (still learning also but need to get back to it :) )

Native:Spanish

Secondary: English, Japanese, German

I can speak english and german fluently enough, with a little mistake now and then (passiv und akussativ for german is something I'll never understand completely  ). But yeah, I do understand both, and can reply in a cohesive way.

As for japanese, though, I'm still learning it. I can understand some of it, but my answers are very limited (toirewa dokodesuka, and the such :p )

1. Dutch

2. English (fluent, after a few months in the US)

3. German (can manage myself in German. I should spend a few week there to pick it up again and make it fluent)

4. French (few sentences, go do shopping, simple conversations etc.)

If I can find the time I like to perfect my french. And I want to pick up some Latin. I like to visit churches and other old building. A lot of text are in Latin, and I like to be able to read them
