Sidebar 3.0 For Samurize! (including 16 configs, and three different skins!)

install instructions:

- make sure you have the newest (1.25) samrurize version!

- make sure you have samurize installed here: "C:\Program Files\Samurize"

- extract the archive to: "C:\Program Files\Samurize"

btw: for a LH desktop you use windows-X vissual style: Slate 4.0 (get it here: www.windowsx.org )

:( I cant get the config to load on my desktop. I followed the instructions as listed but i just get the AOL guy telling me i have mail which i havent even set up yet. I really dont know where to start to help u guys tell ME where to start but i can say that i have loaded the info where it should be. I will admit im new to the samurize app so keep that in mind. Tips? Pointers? HELP!?!?!??!

if you cant see the sidebar its probably off the screen if you are running in a screen mode thats smaller than the one it was set up in .. edit the config file (right click on the samurize icon on the taskbar, select "edit configfile"), in the editor select 50% for the display size so you can see whats off the grid .. drag the sidebar onto the grid and rip out stuff untill it fits your screenmode :blink:

u don't need to rip out stuff... make the background png smaller... make the text smaller.. untill it fits nicely into u'r screen resolution :)

thats oldecrow.. that solved my problem but unfortunately the fonts dont look as sweet resized. i will have to play with it a while to get it just right.

Hi All,

This is my Milk Suite v0.2, the reason I've included so many screenshots is that it has dynamic 'skin' changing (i.e. you change skins by clicking the 'widget' and selecting another skin), also the weather plugin is configured from within the weather widget:

@Tews, I thought that configs uploaded to the samurize website had to go through the exporting thinga-ma-ji-gee and the problem being that many features won't then work? If I'm allowed to upload without pre-exporting then I'll upload asap.

I'm so freakin' excited...after MONTHS of playing around with Samurize I finally got it to work. Just a simple weather script right now but I was so happy when I got the script working and then two days later I got the weather icons to work...WOOHOO!!!! :D

when u click the switch button it goes to a config with almost the same graphics,

but different scripts.

fomr some reason i can't get any of the cd cover scripts to work with winamp :huh:

it is probably your mp3 files.

i had trouble with it too.

most of the time it only works if u have the Album name.

and the way it looks the cover up usually only has semi-known artists.
