Yep, the meter linking was added in the last version (0.85b)

samurize has supported linking for a little while now...you just need your script to output "%l http://www.whatever.com" as part of the output and click "Allow Meter-Linkage" for the script.

how does one go about creating a script for outputing links..could someone please, whose already done it..give a step by step guide..or a script which has been created already..

yet-another-version of ExtendedWeather. This one fixes problems caused by UTF-8 encoding of the HTML which would cause the file not to be written. Not sure how this would manifest itself because I didn't find the problem myself! You can get the latest version at http://www.deskmod.com/core.mod?show=shows...n&skin_id=22641

Now remember, its alpha. So I don't doubt there will be bugs.

Thanks for that script. For an alpha it's rather nice. I'm playing with it now. The only problem is that you left out some fonts.

Haha, so far, here's what I've got on Vidar's config (after mod'ing it to my liking... and btw, I don't like the memory icon, but it's the only one I have right now):

Btw Vidar, have you had any problem with the weather scripting? Mine's not updating like it should. I'm not sure where the problem lies.

If you haven't had any probs, would you be so kind as to zip up your RefreshWeatherPlus.vbs, weather.cache.xml, and WeatherPlus.vbs files?

Eh, I haven't used Samurize in awhile. I remember someone saying Weatherplus sometimes needs its xml file to be deleted to get it to start updating again.

it's amazing how old languages i've learned come back to me after I start poking around in stuff that uses them

I found the prob in the vbs files for weatherplus. also fixed a few small minor things :)

well after working on samurize..i created this..using weather plus and a few other activescripts..

i still need to add a neowin script to complete it

and yes those icons are clickable..i made them using samurize and the link feature..

Ok, this is my last version for a while. Before it was just too "busy".

Took a while to find the right icons (couldn't find the graphite version of the hard drives, so I had to photoshop my own, not hard, but getting the contrast and brightness the right levels were just annoying ;) ).

scoult01...I love it. That's more my style. All these cartoony graphics you see with Samurize now just get in my way...not to discredit their work, just not my taste ;)

Attached to this post is a PSD file containing many layers.

It displays the "card" at the bottom of the screenshot of the samurize script.

There are some variant icons, not just the ones you see there. Everything is lined up already. Positsions are locked, so you'll have you unlock them in photoshop if you want to move them. Etc.

With the individual background, and 4 icons resized in Samurize, it totaled about 50Kb, but with this single image, it's only 13Kb. Reduces the overall mem usage by samurize by even more than just a few Kb. :) Makes things more efficient.
