Changing IE's icon on my desktop.

I was wondering if I can change IE's icon on my desktop, if so, how? :confused:

i just got a program called IconPackager and it works great changes any icon to what you want Real cool!! www.stardock.com

I'm using Iconpackager, but it doesn't change the icon of IE, maybe you could post me the line in your theme's config that changes IE's icon and I can modify that later on :p

Another option is to remove the IE created icon and create your own shortcut to IE. then u can change it like any other link

open up the ikon packager and on the left side of the program you'll see the button for icons/cursors...slide the bar down until you see the explorer icon and ckick on change.. that will open up all your themes..then just pick one, its that easy, i hope i helped a little...cya :cool:

Icon Packager works. Im using it now. Just open it and click on the themes and the icon should be changed for ie. Im using the XP set v7. www.wincustomize.com has a lot of themes for Icon Packager.

Spear: If it works for you, can you please post the line in your WinXPSetV7.iptheme that changes IE's icon? Just edit it with notepad, edit.com in command prompt, or whatever text editor. Thanks :D
