JRosenfeld
On the first PC, open IE, File menu, click import and export. Thewizard will open. click next, select export favorites, if you wish change the default location where the file will be generated. This writes an .htm file containing all the links in your favorites. The default name is bookmark.htm. Transfer that file to the second PC. On that PC, in IE, file menu, click import and export, select import favorites, browse to where you put the bookmark.htm, etc..
