Twisted Chaz Posted August 19, 2007 Share Posted August 19, 2007 I recently bought a Sony HDR-HC1e from eBay, basically brand new. It shoots in the usual DV mode (4:3 and 16:9) and also shoots in HD1080i. I use Adobe Premiere CS3 to capture the footage. From capturing DV footage the files are saved as .avi as they are in most of capture programs. But when I capture HDV using the CS3 preset it comes out as an .mpeg, and when I go to export or render anything it changes the resolution to 4:3 instead of the proper 16:9. So basically I was just wondering if anyone on this forum has a HDV camcorder and could write a little bit about how they capture, edit and export their footage Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
