solardog
I just did a fresh install of XP and there is absolutely no mention of IE7 on the Windows update site. Usually it comes up for install around the end of the full update on a fresh install, but this time..ziltch. I checked in the custom install and it just isnt there..its like it doesnt even exist. Now, I know i can just go to the IE7 site and get it there, but something is afoot.. I can smell it and it smells like fish..something fishy is afoot.
solardog
I think I know what happened, they took it off as a critical update. Its been there so long I forgot IE never was in that section pre-IE7.

No biggie, just an observation. ****** Whoops, a new version of IE7 just released..that may have something to do with it..I knew sommething was fishy/abnormal...new version of IE in a while..I knew it, fish feet!: http://www.majorgeeks.com/Internet_Explorer_7_d4955.html
Tom Swiss
If you like IE7, I think you would like IE7Pro. Just have a try.
