Yes! My Gamerscore just broke 10000!

Since I got gold I hardly ever feel like playing offline, so I miss out on Gamerpoints, and since I got Halo3 I never really play Bioshock, which I'm not too far into either, need to get some points it seems since I've had my box nearly a year! lol.

I'm having the hardest time trying to break 30K. I flew past 10 and 20, then I just hit a wall. I've got plenty of games to get the points with, but it's been slow going. I'll break 29K when I get home from work, only 15 away.

For those constantly making the "no life" comment, if during your life you choose to play video games and enjoy them... doesn't that mean you're LIVING life.

I was owning some kids on Halo 3, and I'm only ranked a Colonel skill and he said I had no life because I played 400 games. All I did was laugh and asked if he had ever gotten laid making such stupid accusations. If I want to play video games for the rest of my life, I will. I'll do whatever I want, for that matter.

i kinda agree with what your saying. 10,000 for someone with a launch console isn't someone with out a life. almost 3 year thats about 3,500 a year .

but to have 30,000 in 3 years you need to be great at xbox360 games or you need to get a life :p

look at me almost 5000, and i have not life.

I've gotten 29,000 in less than a year and a half. My first points were in Oblivion, in July of 2006. I have a life, a full time job, girlfriend, drinking problem, and a lot of hobbies. I just make time to play games for an hour or two everyday. And I guess I'm just goooood!

exceedingly well said selflysis and markx, couldn't agree more. those kids with the no life argument simply haven't experienced enough of life yet. once they do, they'll realize any sane person would rather sequester themselves somewhere away from it all with an endless supply of games, movies, books, porn, KY and tombstone pizza. no sarcasm!

You guys know that some people have more that 150,000 Points, Yes more that 150,000. I forgot his gamertag but few months ago he had a score of 149,xxx he's from japan (I think) he must've almost 200,000 now.

Me I live where I work so its hard for me to play MP, otherwise I would be around 30 to 40k right now.

I need to go through and get the multiplayer achievements on a ton of games. If you check my profile you'll see a ton of games that I have between 400 and 600 points. Most of those are missing the multiplayer points. I just don't like online multiplayer that much, there are very few games I play online.

EDIT: as for this guy with 250K points, how come he played ALL his games at the same time? this smacks of trickery to me...
