XBOX360 Problems

Recommended Posts

My 360 has been acting quite oddly for the past few months and I would like to know the steps to get it replaced.

  • Disc-read Errors
  • "To play this disc, put it in an xbox 360 console" error
  • Xbox scratching the surface of my discs (little tik tik tik noise)

I've been somewhat lucky enough to not get the Circle of death.

Just yesterday I got the "To play this disc, blah blah" error... does that mean my xbox's life is coming to an end ?

BLeh, that sucks. Unforunately it'll probably not be covered under microsoft warranty depending on when you bought it. Last I heard, they extended the warranty for the 360 on only RROD Problems. :s But I could be wrong.

How long have you owned the Xbox?

I'm very sure that Microsoft covers this problem.
