R.I.P. 64bit Hardware Discussion

Recommended Posts

Hardware Hangout has been upgraded to 64bit.

We will no longer be sequestering our 64bit hardware threads to a subcategory. 64bit users shall henceforth no longer need to skulk in the shadows for they are being granted access to the main Hardware Hangout section.

Why? Because pretty much every bit of hardware is 64bit compatible these days. Sure, you have some issues with drivers but we have the Drivers Discussion and Assistance subforum to work out those problems. I mean, can you easily find a 32bit motherboard these days?

So if you have a very specific 64bit question and you don't want lowly 32bit users giving you their 2 cents then please use the tag [64bit] in the title to specify that you are vastly superior to those who are limited to smaller address spaces.

tl;dr

I have deleted the 64bit Hardware Discussion forum and dissolved the existing threads into either Hardware Hangout or Drivers Discussion and Assistance
