Ethere
At a place where I used to work, they had an application that was nothing more than a skin over IE that had tabs across the top of it, similar to file folders. Each one had a name of a web site that opened when you clicked on it. I was wondering if there's a browser out there that lets you do this. I've searched and searched for one that does it. This is mainly going to be used on an intranet, loading sites only accessible on the internal network. But, I want to have it have the ability to open other sites as well. If you can point me in the right direction, that would be great. BTW, I'm not looking for something like Maxthon, or Firefox. This has to be something that will only open up specific sites in tabs, and not have an address bar. Thanks!

Firefox and Disable the Navigation Menu..., and use the Bookmarks Bar to open the pages in tabs like you said...
+virtorio MVC Posted November 28, 2007 MVC Share Posted November 28, 2007 Don't know of one but it sounds like something that could be created fairly quickly and easily. Could also just enable the links bar and turn off the unwanted toolbars in IE (or another browser). I'd imagine there are ways for admins to lock down the toolbar as well.
