Re-subscribe

Recommended Posts

The little script that auto-expires members seems to be working properly. Most of the people who subscribed on December 31, 2006 have now been de-masked.

I would suspect that some of you that have posted here will be de-masked tomorrow. Presumably you would be able to re-subscribe then.

Yeah plus once he isn't orange anymore he will see.

Great to know mine runs out soon ish and I was looking for a way to renew early guess it will have to wait until it expires then.

Cant the MVC's see the section even if they don't subscribe (someone told me this btw) not saying you shouldn't I am just saying you can see it. :p

So I'm not the only one who uses the numbers to get around. Every time I do I feel pretty nerdy but it's all good :p

Technically, this is a technical support thread rather than a general conversational technical discussion thread.

Nope

There are a small number (11) of subscriber accounts that have for some reason gotten borked, and thus lost the expiration date. Redmak is working through the transaction logs to try to work out when the dates should be so that we can get this fixed up. If you have some idea when you're supposed to expire, that might help us speed along the resolution.

Thats the thing I have no idea when I subscribed I just know I was a subscriber this time last year so it has to be before then...I could resubscribe but that would bork it further I am sure.

How did you pay? Because if you paid via PayPal, the transaction should still be listed, along with the exact date/time.
