ana04
I didn't see this here.. (or then I missed it) PicLens instantly transforms your browser into a full-screen, 3D experience for viewing images on the web. Photos will come to life via a cinematic presentation that goes well beyond the confines of the traditional browser window. With PicLens, browsing and viewing images on the web will never be the same again. Not sure how much use this is but it's pretty cool looking extension.. http://www.piclens.com/
insanekiwi
just installed it. quite nifty  thanks for providing this.
Quillz
Seems a bit pointless to me, as the web isn't designed to be experienced 3d...
Jamushroom Veteran Posted February 8, 2008 Veteran Share Posted February 8, 2008 I liked this addon but it doesn't work nice with dual screens. When I installed the addon and launch Firefox the windows on the 2nd screen would do weird things. And I didn't even enter the full screen mode :/

curme
Will this be worth it with a dial-up connection? The extension is 1mb, I can't surf and download it at the same time to try it out.

jafoman
I've been using this for several months now and love it. To those that find bugs, they're customer support is pretty good... I've emailed them a bug report and they got back to me promptly.

NienorGT
"PicLens' will not be installed because it does not provide secure updates. :blink:Edit: Does PicLens work on Firefox 3.0b (Minefield)? For now, none of our addons support Firefox 3.0 beta yet, but we're working on it! For some reason, the Mozilla addon site lists PicLens as supporting Firefox 3.0b, which is incorrect. The good news is that our PicLens beta for the Firefox 3.0b is almost ready. If you're interested in being a beta tester when it becomes available, just send us an email. Meh ??
