Ironman273
I don't even know how to title this or if it's possible. I just got to thinking with the HD-DVD death topics, the topics are big enough to make it into BPN but they're also releveant to The Media Room or Gamer's Hangout. Is there someway that someone can post to BPN and also have the same thread and follow up posts appear in more than one forum? That way when you check BPN it's there or if you check the Media Room or whatever other sub-forum that is relevant it's also there.
OPaul
Some bulletin board systems do have "shortcut" support.
Steven P. Administrators Posted February 20, 2008 Administrators Share Posted February 20, 2008 Thats actually a good idea, but it's also a great way for spammers to flood the board.

Ironman273
Thats actually a good idea, but it's also a great way for spammers to flood the board. Maybe you can just include that option for subscribers, like changing topic titles, to avoid one post wonders from spamming. Also if a mod feels like it later (if the topic was posted by a regular memeber) they can add it to the relevant sub-forums.
p858snake
Thats actually a good idea, but it's also a great way for spammers to flood the board. Well, idealy the best way would be staff only cause usally theres no need for a post to be more than one area. Atm, i think the only close way to do this is to move the topic and have it leave the "thread has been moved...." message.
