I've tried to delete them with the avast! antivirus but after scanning, avast! still alerts me of their presence. I've tried to read the responses given to other people but I got lost. ". I've searched through Google but I couldn't understand how to use the responses given to other people (the responses seemt to be specific for each user). I would need some personal help.
