Haze Ps3 Exclusive "never make its way onto any other platform"

Recommended Posts

Being skeptical is fair enough, but when you have Ubisoft reps saying it's not timed exclusive, but fully exclusive and that's final, what more do you really want? - Apart from a signed official statement.

Ubisoft did the same thing with Assassins Creed, as well as Epic with UT3.

Dunno about AC, but as far as im aware UT3 was always multiplatform, they just confirmed a PS3 timed exclusive near the start.

"Haze still has potential, but failed to wow us. With two of the game's big pulls being the 1000-page story and four player co-op, neither of which were shown off at Play.com Live, this could just be the fault of a rushed demo. The Ubisoft representative did mention that 'as far as they know' the game will be PS3 exclusive, but until we see the finished product it's difficult to say how much it can add to the system's 2008 lineup -- especially with two high-profile and exclusive first-person shooters (Killzone 2 and Resistance 2) on the way."

I hope it turns out to be good (and multiplatform :)), but some worrying previews have been coming out...

AC was announced PS3-exclusive, and long rumored to be coming to the 360. Supposedly, Sony could have locked it down exclusive, but didn't.

Odd that it was the lead platform (at least, I assume so, since it was announed for PS3 way ahead of 360), but runs at a better framerate on 360.

UT3 was initially PS3-exclusive as well, wasn't confirmed (I don't think) for 360 until after the sales of Gears came back so strong. Hell, UT3 was supposed to be a launch title for the PS3.
