Compiz.org - SQL Injection

Recommended Posts

My XP Virtual machine for testing things I am unsure about thinks its a virus.

I dont know about SQL injection, but something is going on over there...

It seems to be more of a malicious visitor posting links to malware. Same thing could (and has) been done on many forums, including Neowin.

I looked at the history, and it seems that tons of links were removed!

The site uses Mediawiki (same as Wikipedia). It's obviously a spam bot doing it. They should get the blocklists from Wikipedia for these things. You can revert the page just like Wikipedia. Go to history, find a good edit, (usually the last one that reverted), click the date, then click edit and save it, remembering to say that you were reverting.

Oh and it's not an SQL injection... it's a wiki so it doesn't need something like that. Plus its Mediawiki which is pretty secure since its used on a high production website (Wikipedia).
