[XML] XML file and schema (XSD) unable to validate?

Basically, I am trying to use a XML validator (this one) to validate my XML file and my schema. For some reason though, it is throwing up errors and I have no idea why. So I was wondering if my wonderful fellow Neowinians could help me out :).

The XML file...

Have you tried using the W3C XML Schema Validator (XSV) at http://www.w3.org/2001/03/webdata/xsv?

you need to remove the "xsi:" part from

<xsd:attribute name="noNameSpaceSchemaLocation" type="xsd:string"/>
