Similar app to DVDShrink?

Recommended Posts

Yo yo

I was curious to know if there's any app out there that can burn video_ts and audio_ts content to a dvd that can eventually be played on actual dvd players

An application on Windows that does this well is called DVDShrink

No offense, but all you want to do is burn those 2 folders to a DVD to be able to play it on a DVD player? If so, I recommend either Nero (you have to pay for that one) or InfraRecorder.

I thought that app did something magical in order for the disc to play on dvd players

isn't DVD Shrink available for Linux? I'm pretty sure I've installed it with Automatix.

You might be thinking DVD:Rip. But they may have a wine install of DVDShrink (I have heard reports that it works just fine in wine).

It is a great little utility. I find that it is much faster than similar utils under Windows.
