ElliottLan
Check if ie has it's proxy settings set. Disable all firewalls and see if you still can't connect. You might also want to learn how to use a keyboard.

HoochieMamma
OK, firstly try and type like someone who isn't 5 years old. Secondly try the following: - Try a different computer directly connected to your modem/router and see if it is able to access the Internet. If it works fine with a different computer then thats 1 step done. If it doesn't work then its your Internet connection/hardware having a problem. - Once you have made sure its the computer try and see if it is a simple problem like a Firewall/Anti-Virus program issue. SHUT THEM OFF, don't just disable them. - Try to see if its a DNS issue as well maybe? See if you can access http://66.249.89.104/ You might want to check for proxies like BaLdMoNkEy said (forgot that one) - Where you able to access the Internet before on this computer? Did you uninstall/install anything that could have caused this? You might also want to "reset" your Local Area Connection via the bottom right icon.
