If you use the gateway on a gateway and a dell on a dell no activation is required. Other wise if you just have to enter the XP key on the side of the computer. I don't know for sure but I would think that microsoft would post a link somewhere of it until it's out. Does that happen often or something? I don't do torrents but i always see people so weird about them. If the EXE was modified wouldn't the certificate change (or be not valid anymore therefore it wouldn't have one) and then you wouldn't download it anyways. Modified ISOs and all that too, my friends was wondering about that for a Vista x64 ISO he downloaded. So yeah, do people mod the images all the time or is it just paranoid thoughts?
