DPyro
Could be you entered a wrong password or you need to open ports on your router.
neo83
i'm having a similar kind of problem with my 60GB PS3 suddenly with internet connection. PS3 suddenly stopped connecting to the router using Wi-FI and nothing has changed. I did not try the wired option since the router is downstairs. help please :iiam:
PyX
Usually, you'd have to put your router high up in the air, not in the basement. But I wanna do the same thing so why even blame you XD (just so that it goes through less walls) I am also losing my connection for nothing with my stupid linksys router but oh wait... my imac and my ipod touch are telling me that the same thing happens on them. Bah,I guess Linksys would say it's either my mac and my ipod and my ps3 who are defective, or just my ISP.
neo83
it worked with the router downstairs for months now without any problem. In addition to that, my mac and pc both connect without any problems. PS3 stopped connecting suddenly and i have no idea why, except that it has been upgraded to the new firmware. But i recall i had no connection problems after the firmware upgrade. So, i dont have any clue now

Xerxes
I've had a similar problem, my PS3 has refused to connect to the router at all (wireless). Hasn't done it for a while though and although today when I signed into PSN it asked me to verify my birthday and change my password  I have no idea why either! strange things are a foot I think  Perhaps they are updating the system? might explain why your internet works but can't sign in..maybe?
