Wish they'd focus on stuff like allowing you to play music while you are in game, I find that incredibly retarded! Like cmon its not that big of a deal.

*Edited*

I think that will be implemented with Ingame-XMB releasing soon?

I'm interested in Home, i personally though think it will just be a gimmick. Majority of users will use it a few times and then it will never get used again. If i wanted to talk to a friend or play a game with a friend, i'd rather just open up a voice chat and then arrange a game. However i will give it a try because it will be free and might turn out to be actually very useful.

Also as we know some people are idiots, they'll find a way to exploit it and then it will ruin everyone's enjoyment.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised with HOM E as a service. Its not just for meeting up and getting games going (although this is a huge part, and will be superb judging from the BETA and videos that have been released).

Maybe i shoudl worry about the fact that at my "Home" that my PS3 is at which i wont be at until august 29th  doesn't have even a 56k connection

And trust me I have tried everything (including satellite) It is literally in a black hole! there are houses I can see less than 70 Yards from my house with HIGH SPEED

Get In-Game XMB out in the Summer, and they'll make many people happy - In-Game XMB will effectively give the PS3 what Live has in terms of functionality, Home really is an application to take things further.

They don't seem to realise that this is so much more important than Home though, and ultimately giving Live the lead without any competition. I've seen very few members actually excited about Home on Neowin, none of my gaming friends in real life ever talk about it either.

Let us play online with friends without jumping through hoops asap

November 2009 probably...

By the time it comes nobody at all will care about it... It's getting boring with telling us when HOME is coming out and then it getting delayed even longer... But hopefully this is actually it.

Apparently MS have some kind of patent on that (I remember reading it in a GTA4 review) so I'm not sure.

Sony really haven't learnt to stop breaking their promises. Home is a big step for them, and its supposed to be when PSN will match XBL in content/quality (you can't say PSN is anywhere near as integrated to the PS3 as XBL is to the 360, or that the content is as good, Home should fix that). Its been delayed by a year now...

Sony seem to just delay everything. MS/Nintendo won't announce something until they have something to show and they have a pretty solid release, but Sony seem to announce it when they have an idea and give an unrealistic release date to hype it up :(

That came out on the 1st April, I shall leave you to do the math ;)
