What specific drivers are you looking for. The intel d865gkd is actually the motherboard. I could go find all the devices that are on that motheboard, but it would be easier if you could specify which drivers for that motherboard you're looking for...

Edit: Try these for lan.

82801EB/ER (ICH5/ICH5R) AC'97 audio controller

That controller has a driver built into Windows XP and 2000 as well I think.

However, often it does not work. For Intel boards, you'll need one of 3 different drivers (I can't say which one is right, but i'm guessing its the first)

Try the Intel ADI1885 SoundMax driver, you can get that from intel's website for most of their 865 motherboards.

If that doesn't work (it should, i'm fairly sure), you might have an Intel STAC audio chip, use the driver again from Intel's website.

(Both drivers don't have "OEM" drivers, so it's hard to get them)

Lastly, failing those, you MIGHT be able to use a Realtek driver - but this is not likely. You can get their driver from www.realtek.com.tw, you want the Standard AC97 driver. (NOT HDA)

Good luck with it! I have stacks of trouble with these drivers at work :\

Hello, I'm Italian, Sorry for grammar

If you try Intel D865GKD can not find drivers. I have the same Pc. :|

You can find the driver on the Ibm site. If you look at the back of your PC should be a code "Product ID S/N" or similar.

Take that and write here, where it says "Enter a product number" ( of the code take only the first 7 bars).

So you can take all the available download. ;)

If you can not find your code, with mine it gives this page. ( on "Refine results" choose what you need).

Will be the same!

:D

Bye Bye

Audio card driver for:

- Windows XP Home Edition SP3

- Motherboard: Intel D865GKD

- Intel 82801EB ICH5 - AC'97 Audio Controller

Solution:

http://support.lenov...out=printLenovo

1. Dowload and install.

2. Go to Device Manager,

-> right click on the audio device,

-> driver update

-> install manually (!) by selecting the driver from directory intalled in 1.

3. If needed shutdown and restart your system.
