If you want to compare them, you have to synchronise them. If you want to update your own profile, you need to go in to the Trophy menu in the XMB and let it synchronise again (outside the game). EDIT: I'm guessing it's on PSN here but that is useless for me cause it always bombs out on my PS3. I have to wait for it to be on the website and then I do a manual update.
