Which UxTheme Patcher is the best for Service Pack 3?

Help! :( I just had sp3 installed by windows update tonight, then downloaded the patch above...the first one,(http://winprj.net/board/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=216)

now my freaking pc wont boot! Ughh... it just keeps trying to boot over and over...wth? Any ideas? I f i could boot into safe mode some how maybe i could restore to before i patched it? Ive tried every damn key, f8, f9, cant get it to boot to safe mode...

was the patch above a malicous joke? ****ed....

I used this one just today and it worked fine.

You computer manual or the manufacturer's web site will tell you which key is the correct one. F8, F9, F12 and the "ESC" key are the most common.

Edit: I got in thru safe mode and restored to an earlier point..man,....no sp3 or ux theme patch for me. Forget that.

I could'nt get to safe mode as i was hitting f8 too early in the process..doh...but got in and restored..yay.

This is the one right here. I actually tried about 8 of them since starting this thread and every one of them crashed my pc. I had given up but I'm glad I checked this thread today. It works like a charm. Thanks DaviDM!

I second this UXPatcher for XP systems updating to SP3. I lost my Bloodlust, but just after running this patcher it was available again in the Appearance tab.
