.KICK Posted July 25, 2008 Share Posted July 25, 2008 We haven't really heard news on the God of War movie for a few years, ever since Universal secured the movie rights from Sony. Set in ancient Greece, God of War follows the battles of the warrior Kratos, who tackles mythological beasts including Medusa, Cyclops and the Hydra on his quest to find Pandora's Box and destroy Ares, the god of war. The movie script was written by David Self, known for Road to Perdition, and will be produced by Brett Ratner, known for the Rush Hour movies, X-Men, and various Prison Break episodes.
