Dev Null Zen
Recently there was a topic in RWI that cause quite a bit of drama, mostly because the title was not at all factual. I would like to make a suggestion that topic titles have to be factual regarding the content, not worded in a certain way as to just try to get people posting on the title rather than the actual news item. Joel
Why stop at the title? :p
ATGC
Careful Cipher, your on dangerous waters. Don't disagree with the mods :) Just some advice (Y) If reporting a new article, the thread title should be similar. (Good way to find duplicate threads, etc)
Aaron Veteran Posted July 27, 2008 Veteran Share Posted July 27, 2008 I prefer that posters use the name of the article posted as their topic title (if it is short enough to fit)
Dev Null Zen
That would quite easily work as well. I just think that some kind of standard should be set for everyone to follow. Too many people interject their own biases in titles.
Coldgunner
I prefer that posters use the name of the article posted as their topic title (if it is short enough to fit) of the few articles I've posted, I use this method mainly out of laziness, but it also leaves my personal bias out of it. and comments I have are put after the quotation.
