CABHATSMARSP6776a
Here's my desktop! I'm trying fedora9, and yeah so far it's horrible and awesome at the same time. That's partly why it's all cluttered and not really minimal like mine usually are Fedora 9 Emerald for themes. I changed the "buttonless" theme that comes in the emerald theme pack. The icons are Gnome Human and I don't know where I got them. The wallpaper comes from deviantart somewhere. Anyway here's clean: and dirty:
1759
heres my ubuntu x64 desktop :woot: Nice. I tried Ubuntu x64 a few months back, and I could never get it to work completely right (7.04 and 7.10). As for me, I tried KDE 4.0/4.1, but quickly went back to 3.5. KDE 4 still seems very half-baked. :( Between the default panel that disappeared after the first reboot, to the new panel that wouldn't allow me to dock all the plasmoids onto it. But on the bright side, it looked sort of nice. BTW, The wallpaper is from a picture I took at The Henry Ford Museum a couple months ago.

fix-this!
Nice. I tried Ubuntu x64 a few months back, and I could never get it to work completely right (7.04 and 7.10). it took me a few tries and sleepless night to get it installed and configured right. in the end it was worth it and i haven't been in my vista install in 3 days. there are some great guides on the ubuntu forums for x64. definitely worth it if you have more than 3 gigs of ram installed. Narlzac85
hmmm assembly homework....I really enjoyed working in assembly during my computer engineering program although I think most people hated it due to it being mostly done on Pentium 1 computers in DOS with half broken keyboards and serial ports (We had to use them for the serial ports and I guess there was no reason to upgrade them) Anyway, here's my desktop: Kupo Dark Blue GTK and Metacity Background is my own (random GIMP filters)
