Mohammad_Khalid_Hussain
Thanks a lot for this. It is very useful. Some questions though, I ran it, it did the job of turning them into List view, but I can't find it in the task manager. Does it do its job and then just close? And is this program's name really desktopListView ? Thanks, Khalid.
Sil3nt
Im guessing it just closes after you open it, but every time you restart your computer you have to reopen it i dunno why it does this

Mohammad_Khalid_Hussain
@ Kawasabi Its possible to revert to original view without restarting. All you have to do is kill explorer.exe task from Task Manager and then just start it again.
devHead
I guess this is good if you keep all your folders and tons of shortcuts on your desktop, but frankly, I like just the opposite. You can make nice big icons in Vista on your desktop. Of course, i like just having a few.
