Elv13
There is many CD out there that do things similar to that (like partedmagic+ sys rescue+ rip + backtrace). Some of them are under 100mb, you should get one and dissect it to see how it work. You can also take a look at http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/
Fish
As they're all Ubuntu-based, why not roll-your-own? Install Ubuntu. Install Kubuntu-desktop. Install Xubuntu-desktop. Use Remastersys to create a new iso. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remastersys. Any of the Desktop Environments can then be used by simply selecting your session at the login screen. Granted, you might need to create two DVD's (32bit and 64bit), but to me, this seems like an easy way of doing it. You might want to speak to some of the Shift devs for more info on creating your own distro.
gllt
Would http://people.freebsd.org/~rik/ 's cd2dvd help?
The_Observer
couldn't i just just have a boot loader, then when i select disk it would just run the ISO install, (so i think i would need to learn how to boot loader works.)
Fish
Even if it is possible, it would be a terrible waste of disk space as a lot of the core data would be duplicated five times. Another possibility would be to use the Ubuntu minimal cd. Boot and install from it, then apt-get install kubuntu-desktop, or whichever. Obviously you'd need an internet connection, and it would be a "live cd" session, but a straight installation.
