yes it does but how can I apply it as a theme on the whole system?

I mean how to convert Fedora.icl to Fedora.ip ? what is the program to use? How?

Also this topic must not be here,I am using windows :D

When you browse for an icon to use, you find the ICL file and open it. You should then see a listing of all the icons contained in that library and you can choose whichever one you want.

yes sir I know but the matter is: I want Imagepackager to use it as a whole to change all the system Icons at once

when I tried that imagepackager needs Fedora.ip not fedora.icl

The question is how to convert *.icl to *.ip

You can't. An ICL is simply a file that contains icons. An IconPackager Suite tells IconPackager where those icons are supposed to be used. You're going to have to tell IconPackager that specific information because an ICL doesn't have that.

you can do it, but, it will take a bit of work, bring up any one of your .ip in iconpackager explorer, select each icon in turn, change icon, and select the one you want, do this working your way through the .ip, then save as, give it new name, that is the way I used. Jim
