<table> help

Question

I was designing a website and I recently switched over to opera. I made the table border a certain color, but it did not show up in opera. Now I went to IE and it worked just fine. I thought I was doing somethingn wrong so I headed over to html goodies and checked out their tables section. I see that the same problem exists there. (http://htmlgoodies.com/tutors/html4_tables.html -- link)

I am guessing this is a problem with opera but can someone tell me if it is not. i am doing bordercolor='x' where x is the value of the color. weird to me but let me know, thanks.

Did you try a CSS implementation? CSS is more universally preferred by current browsers and is in most cases, better suited to the type of formatting you're trying to do. If you need references, try www.w3schools.com or some of the links in my sig.
