fractalbase Posted October 5, 2008 Share Posted October 5, 2008 my zune (3.0) software crashes at startup ('microsoft zune has stopped working'). my windows media player starts, yet crashes when attempting to play or click anything ('windows media player has stopped working'). my machine is running windows vista x64 w/ sp1. help?
