EvilDMT
Just wondering what program I could use to constantly show RSS feeds on my desktop. I know there is KnewSticker, buts it for the KDE desktop. What is one I could use for the Ubuntu 8 Gnome Desktop?
Fish
Haven't tried it myself, but Liferea is popular. It's in the repos, so just use Synaptic to get it. There are others too. I know there's a gDesklet applet that will do the job, and a slew of Screenlets too (check gnome-look.org). It's also possible to integrate feeds into Conky.
